CaLee was able to convince the seller to accept our offer at our original offer price....which was amazing in this market.On the sell side, we then had to move very quickly....and our house was not ready. CaLee was really amazing in her ability to bring an entire team to help whip our house into shape. Within about a week we had landscapers, pool repair, wood replacement, painting, stagers, window cleaners and cabinet repairs all completed.
