Meet Edgar

 

Edgar Torres’ passion for real estate started at a young age. He grew up in his family’s Palm Springs contractor business, transitioning to the building and management side after high school and eventually going on to open his own construction company. Thanks to his background, Edgar has an in-depth understanding of houses, and earning his license in 1998 was the next step. Edgar quickly distinguished himself as a multimillion-dollar producer and expanded his business to include investment properties. Now, he is proud to share his extensive industry knowledge with the Orange County market.

Edgar has spent his entire career watching the industry evolve, adapting to its developments. His broad background as a contractor, agent, and investor allows him to put himself in his clients’ shoes and advocate for their best interests. Edgar forges relationships that last beyond the deal, and his long list of repeat clients and referrals reflect his superior service. He holds himself to high standards of integrity, dedication, and personal development. Edgar specializes in sellers, new constructions, and investors, and he also has experience in preparing real estate-owned properties for the market.

When he’s not busy with his business, Edgar’s life revolves around his family. He volunteers frequently with local schools. He also enjoys playing golf with his daughter, passing down his love of the sport to the next generation.
